Privacy Policy

Playbook Workshop ("the app") is an offensive football playbook studio published by Trinity One Consulting ("we," "us"). This policy explains what the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We keep it short because the app collects very little.

The short version: The app works fully on your device and offline. We do not track you, we do not show ads, and we do not sell your data. If you choose to create an account, we store your email and the playbooks you create so they can sync across your devices.

1. Information we collect

If you use the app without an account — the app stores your plays, formations, and playbooks locally on your device. This data never leaves your device, and we cannot see it.

If you create an account (optional), we collect:

Email address — to create and secure your account.
Your content — the plays, formations, and playbooks you create, so we can back them up and sync them across your devices.

If you use the optional AI features, the text of your play request is sent to our secure server function to generate a suggested play. We do not use this content to build advertising or tracking profiles.

2. How we use information

To operate core app functionality (saving, syncing, and generating plays).
To authenticate your account and keep it secure.
To respond to support requests you send us.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

3. Service providers

We use a small number of trusted providers strictly to run the app:

Supabase — secure account authentication and storage of your synced playbooks.
Anthropic — processes AI play-generation requests when you choose to use that feature.

These providers process data only on our behalf to deliver the features above.

4. Data retention & deletion

Local data stays on your device until you delete it or remove the app. If you have an account, your synced data is retained until you delete it in the app or request account deletion. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the email below and we will remove it.

5. Children's privacy

The app is intended for coaches and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Your choices

Use the app entirely offline with no account and share nothing with us.
Request a copy or deletion of your account data at any time.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
